What to Send Us

Corrections: a tour date, stadium bag rule, parking tip, or door time that doesn't match what the venue says. Include the page link and, if you can, the venue page you checked.
Show reports: if you just went to a stop on the tour, tell us what the gate line, parking, or weather was really like. The best tips make it into our city guides.
Broken links or pages: send the page address and what you clicked.
Partnerships and media: put "Partnership" in the subject line so it reaches the right person.

What We Can't Help With

We're an independent fan guide. We don't sell tickets, and we aren't connected to Usher, Chris Brown, Live Nation, or any stadium. For ticket orders, refunds, or seat changes, contact the company you bought from. For venue rules on show day, the stadium's own guest services line has the final word.

How We Handle Corrections

When a reader flags an error, we check it against the official source first, usually the venue's website or the official tour page. If the fix holds up, we update the page and change its "Reviewed and updated" date so you can see it was checked. You can read more about how we verify information on our About page.
