Order Timing: The Ship-By Date Rule
Print-on-demand shirts in this collection ship in 5 to 7 days after order confirmation, plus 3 to 5 days transit inside the United States. That means you need to order at least 14 days before your show to be safe. Two weeks is the floor. Three weeks is the sweet spot if you want to try the shirt on, wash it once, and pack it. don't order the week of your show and expect it to arrive.
The rule is simple: subtract 14 days from your show date and place the order before that day passes. If your show is November 8 in Atlanta, order by October 25. If your show is November 15 at SoFi, order by November 1.
Clear Bag Sizing by Venue
Most stadiums on the tour use the NFL clear bag standard: 12 by 6 by 12 inches of transparent PVC, vinyl, or plastic. The clear fanny packs here measure 10 by 4 by 6 inches, which fits that rule at venues like MetLife, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Ford Field, Levi's Stadium, and SoFi. Skip them for Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas and the JMA Wireless Dome in Syracuse, which ban fanny packs, for the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, whose NFL policy bars clear fanny packs, and for Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, which allows a clutch only. Most venues also allow a second small clutch up to 4.5 by 6.5 inches.
