Book one room block or adjacent rooms on the same floor. Assign one person to handle the group reservation. Confirm the hotel has luggage storage if checkout is before show time. For Las Vegas — book near the Strip, not near Allegiant Stadium. The Hacienda Bridge walk is part of the experience.
