R&B Tour 2026 Group Trip Planner
For the one friend organizing everything. You know who you're.
Step 1 - Find Your City
Every city guide has parking, transit, bag policy, and outfit ideas specific to your venue.
Step 2 - Book Hotels Early
Multi-night cities (Detroit 3 nights, DC 3 nights, Atlanta 5 nights, Las Vegas 3 nights) fill up fast. Book as a group and stay in the same hotel to simplify logistics.
Group Hotel Strategy
Book one room block or adjacent rooms on the same floor. Assign one person to handle the group reservation. Confirm the hotel has luggage storage if checkout is before show time. For Las Vegas - book near the Strip, not near Allegiant Stadium. The Hacienda Bridge walk is part of the experience.
Step 3 - Tickets
Compare prices across multiple platforms before buying. Prices fluctuate - check within a week of the show for last-minute deals or 6-8 weeks out for best selection.

Step 4 - The Group Checklist
Check off items as your group confirms them. Share this page link with everyone so they can track their own items.

Step 5 - Group Outfit Coordination
Coordinated group looks get the most likes, shares, and memories. You don't have to match exactly - a shared color palette works great.
The Color Palette Approach
Pick 2-3 colors and each person chooses their own style within that palette. Black + gold + burgundy is the most popular combo this tour based on what's selling.
The Matching Shirt Approach
Everyone in the same concert tee, different bottoms. Great for group photos. The shop page has shirt options for group orders, linked below.
The Clear Bag Coordination
Matching personalized clear fanny packs with each person's name = the most memorable group look on social. Especially effective at Las Vegas and Atlanta.
